Who We Are
Interoute was established as a family-owned business in the Kingdom of Swaziland in 1963 to provide Road Maintenance and Road Safety Services to clients in the Southern African region.
Over the years the company has grown with the times to establish registered companies in Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Mozambique. The group has earned a sound reputation by providing prompt quality services to clients throughout the region.
In an effort to be in compliance with government citizen empowerment initiatives in each country where the Interoute Group of Companies has locally registered companies, strategic alliances have been formed with local entities who have acquired ownership and participation in the locally registered companies.
Therefore, the majority of shares in each company has been made available to local investors who have added value to each company by providing requisite resources such as trainable personnel and infrastructure towards our efforts to increase the Interoute Group footprint in East and Southern Africa's growing market.
Due to our concentrated efforts to maintain continued high performance standards and quality services, the company has been involved in numerous road projects throughout the SADC region which has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the group as well as the region.
